I worked shifts and didn't feel the general fitness industry was catering to me.
The difference? I found something that worked for me and my lifestyle.
I discovered tools and techniques that worked for when and where I was at,
either in the gym or outside without the need for barbells and large machines.
My philosophy...
"Make it functional, make it accessible."
We're all unique, a strength program for someone that works business hours isn't always going to work for the tired person on nightshift, the gym may not be accessible or feel comfortable for someone with special needs or values.
The methods and program need to work for you.
